• Handle with care: Put on jewellery after applying beauty and skincare products, and avoid pulling, bending, or applying excessive pressure.
• Store properly: Store each piece separately in a clean, dry jewellery box or pouch to help prevent scratches, tangling, and unnecessary exposure to air and moisture.
• Clean gently: Use a soft, clean, lint-free cloth to gently wipe your jewellery after wearing. Avoid abrasive materials and harsh cleaning solutions.
• Protect from extreme conditions: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures.
• Wear thoughtfully: Remove jewellery before sleeping or during activities where it may be exposed to impact, friction, or excessive pressure.

Please note: Jewellery may naturally develop changes in colour or finish over time depending on the materials used and how frequently it is worn. Proper care and storage can help maintain its beauty and longevity.

Order of Wear: Chemicals found in beauty products can dull the high-shine finish over time; make your jewelry the very last touch to your outfit.

2. Waterproof vs. Salt/Chlorine

Daily Wear: Our Stainless Steel pieces are 100% water and sweat resistant, so you can wear them with confidence throughout your day.

Extreme Conditions: While the metal is resilient, we recommend removing jewelry before entering salt water (the ocean) or chlorinated pools, as these harsh environments can eventually affect the luster.

5. Activity Care

Rest & Recovery: We recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping or engaging in heavy physical activity to prevent accidental snagging or damage.

Shipping Policy

At Glow Petal Jewels, every piece is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail so it reaches you safely and beautifully. We work to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During sales, new collection launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where tracking is available.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, courier service, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Domestic Orders:
Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders:
Approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Orders Under $150 CAD

Orders below $150 CAD are subject to a $14.99 CAD shipping fee.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your package has been handed over to the courier.

If you do not see your shipping confirmation email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Glow Petal Jewels is not responsible for customs duties, import fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the courier.

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or your order appears to be lost, please contact us at glowpetaljewels@gmail.com with your order number.

Our team will do our best to assist you and help coordinate with the shipping carrier.

Please note that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
