Do you ship to my country?
Yes! Glow Petal ships worldwide. Whether you’re at home or abroad, we’re ready to help you bloom with our signature collections.
How will I know when my order ships?
As soon as your jewelry is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email with all your tracking details.
Where is my order?
We’ll keep you posted every step of the way. You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a second email once your package has been dispatched. Note: If you don't see our emails, please check your Spam or Promotions folder!
Can I change my delivery address?
We move fast to get your glow to you! We can change your address if you contact us within one hour of placing your order. Reach out to us HERE.
Why is my package delayed?
While we aim for perfection, courier delays due to holidays, extreme weather, or customs are occasionally out of our hands. Glow Petal is not responsible for these external delays, but we will always do our best to help you track it down.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange my order?
To maintain the exclusive nature of our boutique collections and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your pieces, but if your jewelry arrives with a defect, please contact us at Glowpetaljewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will make it right!
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested within one hour of placing your order. After that window, the order begins processing and cannot be cancelled.

International Customers (Customs & Duties)
Why do I need to pay customs duty? All international packages except US are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid). These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated rates.
What happens if my package is returned to sender? If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees, we cannot refund the original shipping cost incurred by the courier. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping fees.
